Vegan Garlic Bread

Ingredients
  • 2cloves garlic
  • 3tbsp dairy free spreadI use Pure but all will work.
  • 1tsp oregano
  • 1 demi baguettemost, if not all, are vegan but might be worth checking
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius.
  2. Finely mince the garlic.
  3. Mix the garlic with the dairy free spread and oregano.
  4. Season generously with salt and pepper and mix again.
  5. Cut each baguette into 8, cutting at a slight angle to make longer slices.
  6. Spread a generous amount of the garlic “butter” on each slice.
  7. Put on a lightly greased baking tray and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve immediately
