Ingredients

  • 1tbsp


    olive oil

  • 1


    oniondiced

  • 2cloves


    garlicminced

  • 1sprig


    rosemaryleaves removed from stem and finely chopped

  • 200grams


    mushroomssliced

  • 8tsp


    gravy granulesbisto is vegan

  • 500ml


    boiling water

Instructions
  1. Add the olive oil to a saucepan on a medium heat.

  2. Add the onions and garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft.

  3. Add the rosemary and mushrooms and cook for a further 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are soft.

  4. Add the gravy granules to a bowl and slowly combine with the boiling water.

  5. A dd the gravy to the saucepan and leave to bubble gently for 10 minutes so the flavours can combine then serve.
