Ingredients

    vegan sausageslinda mccartney is best

  • 1


    onionquartered

  • 2cloves


    garlicpeeled and pressed with the end of the knife

  • 2large sprigs


    rosemary

  • 1tbsp


    olive oil

  • 4heaped tsp


    gravy granulesbisto “favourite” gravy granules are vegan

  • 2heaped tsp


    nutritional yeast

  • 300ml


    boiling water

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C

  2. Add the sausages, onion, garlic and rosemary to a casserole dish and drizzle with the olive oil.

  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the sausages are browning and the onions are cooked, stirring after about 10 minutes.

  4. Mix the gravy granules with the nutritional yeast and season well with pepper.

  5. Add the boiling water to the granules and stir until fully combined.

  6. Remove the garlic cloves from the sausage mix (or leave them in if you don’t mind it extra garlicky)

  7. Pour over the gravy and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.

  8. Serve with mash and veg, or whatever takes your fancy.
