Ingredients

    olive oil

    oniondiced

  • 2cloves


    garlicminced

  • 1tsp


    smoked paprika

    vegetable stock cube

  • 1tin


    chopped tomatoes

  • 1tin


    chickpeasdrained

Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over a medium heat.

  2. Add the onion and garlic and gently fry for 3-4 minutes until soft.

  3. Add the smoked paprika and curry powder and stir until combined.

  4. Add the stock cube, tomatoes and chickpeas and stir.

  5. Reduce to a medium-low heat and gently bubble for 10 minutes. Add a small amount of water if needed.

  6. Take off the heat and serve immediately.
